I wrote this book over a year ago in the summer heat in Texas. Today it is will be a cool 88 degrees, but it’s going back up into the 90s. It is October. Enough with the intense heat!

I just wanted to add that I’m praying for all those in the path of Hurricane Milton, and those who are still reeling from Hurricane Helene. Even here, some are still dealing with Hurricane Beryl that sent winds through the area in July, knocking out power for over 3 million households and wreaking havoc. We didn’t have electricity for 6 days, others were out for more than two weeks.
